NYFW Fall 2016 (Trends+Runways)

El sueño de toda blogger es asistir a la semana de la moda y ver en vivo las pasarelas de sus diseñadores favoritos. Mientras que eso sea un sueño nada más, contamos con la increíble tecnología que nos permite apreciar todo «online» para inspirarnos y conocer sobre las tendencias.

Hace como 2 semanas fue el New York Fashion Week, donde los diseñadores mostraron sus colecciones para este otoño/invierno. Leí en Vogue que hubo una controversia, ya que varios diseñadores anunciaron que sus piezas podían salir y comprarse al instante, directo de la pasarela, mientras que otros; todavía creen que la espera de sus diseños hacen que la marca sea aún más exclusiva. Creo que al final eso es decisión de cada marca y tienen que velar si está dentro de sus capacidades.

Quitando eso, quería mostrarles lo mejor de esta Semana de la Moda:

The dream of every blogger is to go to Fashion Week and to watch live the runways of their favorite designers. While this is just a big dream, we can count with the incredible technology that allows us to appreciate everything online to inspire us and to know more about the new trends. 

Two weeks ago was New York Fashion Week, where designers showed their collections for this fall/winter. I read in Vogue, that there was a controversy between many designers because some of them announced that you could buy garments  traight from the runway; however, other designers said the wait of their designs make the brand more exclusive. I think that at the end is the decision of each brand, and that they have to veil for their own capacities.

– Una manera distinta de mostrar la colección.

– Yeezy Season 3 fue en Madison Square Garden, definitivamente más que una pasarela fue un concierto. Creo que lo que más llamó la atención fueron los diseños que llevaron los miembros de la familia Kardashian/Jenner porque los rumores dicen que en el futuro veremos una colaboración de Yeezy para Balmain.

– Yeezy Season 3 show was in Madison Square Garden, definetely more than a runway was a concert. I think that was people most talked was the designs the members of Kardashian/Jenner family wore, because rumours says that there will be a future collaboration with Yeezy X Balmain.

– Otra diseñadora que este año no decidió apostar por las pasarelas comunes, fue la increíble Diane Von Furstenberg, que decidió hacer un evento más exclusivo con supermodelos posando y disfrutando con ella.  No podía faltar el icónico «wrap dress» en distintos colores, lentejuelas y estampados.

– Another designer that this year didn’t bet for a common runway, was the incredible Diane Von Furstenberg, that decided to do an exclusive event with supermodels posing, dancing and enjoying with her. And of course everyone appreciated the iconic wrap dress in different colors, textures and prints.
